Let's Start with the buttons. They open dialogs (pop-ups) that you should close when you're finished. You can refresh (reload) the page to close all open dialogs. Hover over a button for hints. If the Gallery fails to open, toggle the screen mode or refresh the page and try again. Hold a mouse button down anywhere on the background to hide the title overlay and displays a description.

Click on Things! You might get lucky. Thumbnails will usually display a larger image. Underlined, colored, or italicized text will respond when you hover over, or click on it. Links will open a new page. Tips will often pop up to explain things. A tip that looks like this will do just what it says and take you down another rabbit hole.
